NOW Vitamin D3 delivers this key vitamin in an easily absorbed liquid form in softgel capsules. Vitamin D is normally obtained from the diet and produced by the skin when it is exposed to ultraviolet sunlight. However, it is not very abundant in the diet and it can be difficult to "catch" enough sunlight in winter or when using sunscreen. Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption of calcium and phosphorus, the maintenance of normal bones and teeth and normal muscle function. It also supports the proper function of the immune system.

Recommended dosage:
