Vitamin C, also known as ascorbic acid, is an organic chemical compound from the group of polyhydroxy alcohols. It is a water-soluble vitamin that, as an exogenous substance, must be supplied to the body externally - through food or dietary supplements, which is due to the fact that the human body cannot synthesize this compound itself. Vitamin C is mainly found in fresh vegetables and fruits - the substance is present in blackcurrants, strawberries, kiwi, but also in peppers, Brussels sprouts and cabbage.

L-ascorbic acid (vit. C), filler hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, anti-caking agents magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide. Made in the facility, which uses ingredients derived from milk (including lactose), soybeans, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, cereals containing gluten, eggs, shellfish and fish.
Recommended dosage
Take 1 dose (1 capsule) daily.
