Dosing:
1 tablet 1 time a day. The tablet is taken with a sufficient amount of liquid. The daily dose contains: L-ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 150mg 188%*, L-Methionine 150mg**, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (Vitamin E) 24mg 200%*, Zinc Bisglycinate (Zinc) 15mg 150%*, Beta carotene 4.8mg**, Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 1.6mg 114%*, Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 1.4mg 100%*, Sodium Selenite (Selenium) 0.1mg 181%*.

Composition:
L-ascorbic acid (Vitamin C), L-methionine, filler (microcrystalline cellulose), filler (maltodextrin), DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (Vitamin E), Zinc bisglycinate (zinc), Beta carotene, anti-caking agent (silica), anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6), Riboflavin (Vitamin B2), Sodium Selenite (Selenium).
