Omega 3 fish oil contains the biologically active omega-3 unsaturated fatty acids EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). The oil is sourced from fish living in cold Arctic waters and has no fishy aftertaste.

Omega 3 Fish Oil is an extra-rich source of the Omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA, which are important for human health and numerous bodily functions. Unsaturated omega-3 fatty acids are an essential part of the diet. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. DHA contributes to normal brain function, vision, and supports mental vitality. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250mg of EPA and 250mg of DHA. Fish oil of which 80% Omega 3 fatty acids (EPA 33% – eicosapentaenoic acid and DHA 22% – docosahexaenoic acid), gelatine, thickener (glycerol), natural D-alpha-tocopherol 98% (vitamin E), water.
Recommended Dosage
2 capsules 1× daily. For better digestion, always take with or immediately after a meal, when there is increased bile secretion and thus better oil digestion.
Warning
Not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before use. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. Not suitable for individuals allergic (hypersensitive) to any of the substances in the product's ingredients. Contains a moisture absorber/silica gel packet inside - do not eat.
