Dobrý den, zakoupili jsme u Vás infrapanel Princess 348035 SMART. Zpočátku byl problém s připojením přes aplikaci, později se zadařilo. Po týdnu provozu ovšem aplikace hlásí, že spotřebič je offline a nedaří se jej znovu připojit ani po odinstalování a znovunainstalování aplikace. Aplikace Princess Home propagovaná a doporučovaná výrobcem se vyznačuje směsí angličtiny a češtiny a její ovládání má daleko k intuitivnímu. Například pro starší uživatele je velmi "unfriendly". Bylo by možné zajistit podrobnější návod pro aplikaci Princess Home v češtině, popř. dát kontakt na zastoupení výrobce spotřebiče v ČR? Děkuji. Zdeněk Kubín
