Pekný deň Vám prajem, rád by som sa spýtal, či je možné toto úložisko prepojiť aj s najnovším MacBookom Pro, resp. či to systém Macku povolí? :) Vopred veľmi pekne ďakujem za odpoveď a radu.

WD My Book 14TB
The WD My Book 14TB external drive centralises and archives large volumes of digital files. Inside is a 3.5" hard drive with a 14TB capacity, which connects to your computer via a USB 3.2 Gen 1 interface, backwards compatible with USB 3.0. It is powered by the included AC adapter. You can use the drive to free up space on your computer's internal drives and neatly store large collections of photos, videos, music, and work documents. Thanks to its exFAT formatting, the drive is ready for immediate use on both Windows and macOS systems. This simplifies the initial setup and data transfer.

Hardware encryption and password protection
Data protection is handled by 256-bit AES hardware encryption. Once you set your own password in the included software, the drive's hardware automatically encrypts and decrypts all data at the hardware level, not on the computer. This process does not burden system resources or affect computer performance. Without the correct password, the drive's contents remain completely inaccessible, even in the event of physical theft or unauthorised access.
Backup
Acronis True Image for Western Digital software is included for managing backups. The application supports scheduling automatic backup tasks for the entire system, specific partitions, or just selected files and folders. Integrated active protection monitors system processes in real time and prevents unauthorised file changes, thereby protecting your data from ransomware.
Instant compatibility
The manufacturer formats the drive with the exFAT file system. This format is natively supported by Windows 10 and higher, as well as macOS 11 and higher. This means you can start transferring files as soon as you connect it to your computer, without any further adjustments or formatting. The package includes a USB-A cable and a power adapter.
