It features two grilling surfaces with practical ribbing. Their surface features a Quantanium™ non-stick coating, which is scratch-resistant and easy to maintain. Thanks to variable temperature settings ranging from 180–220 °C, you can easily grill a variety of dishes – from sandwiches to juicy steaks. Thanks to the folding legs, you can adjust the angle of the top plate so that any excess fat from the food being cooked drains into the removable drip tray. The barbecue is fitted with an indicator light that shows when the cooking plates are hot and also indicates that it is plugged into the mains. Thanks to their special Quantanium™ finish, the worktops are very easy to clean using just a paper towel, without the need for detergent. To make cleaning even easier, the Sage BGR200 contact grill comes with a cleaning scraper, specially shaped to fit the ridges on the grill plates. This makes them even easier to clean.
