Psilo-Balsam is a preparation used in adults, adolescents and children from 2 years of age for allergic and itchy skin manifestations. The active substance diphenhydramine hydrochloride, contained in PsiloBalsam gel, belongs to the group of antihistamines and has an anti-allergic and local numbing effect. PsiloBalsam relieves itching of the skin and has a beneficial effect on skin irritations of various origins. Psilo-Balsam is used: for the treatment of skin irritation after excessive sun exposure, mild superficial burns of the first degree (manifested by redness, swelling), insect bites and stings, chicken pox and for the treatment of itching of the skin caused by various causes. If you do not feel better within 5 days or if you feel worse, you must consult a doctor.
Dosage and method of use
Adults, adolescents and children from 2 years of age Psilo-Balsam is lightly applied in a thin layer on the affected skin and gently spread. It is applied 2 to 4 times a day. Psilo-Balsam should not be used more than 3-4 times a day. Do not press or scratch the skin when applying.
Contraindications
Do not use Psilo-Balsam in children under 2 years of age. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, you think, that you might be pregnant, or you're planning to get pregnant, check with your doctor or pharmacist first, before using this product. Read the package insert carefully.

Storage
Keep this product out of sight and reach of children. Do not use this product after the expiry date stated on the tube and on the box after EXP. The expiry date shall be the last day of the month indicated. After the first opening, the shelf life is 1 year. Store at temperatures up to 25°C. Do not dispose of any medicines in wastewater or household waste. Ask your pharmacist how to dispose of products you no longer use. These measures help protect the environment.
