Performance and Sound

The ART 910-A model uses a Class-D amplifier with a continuous power of 1050W (RMS) and a maximum short-term power of 2100W (Peak). The maximum sound pressure level reaches up to 130dB SPL, so the speaker can handle loud events and more demanding applications. The ten-inch woofer offers solid and controlled bass with good dynamics. The compression driver contributes to a clean and intelligible delivery of vocals and instruments. The result is a balanced sound suitable for both music and the spoken word.

DSP Technology and Controls

The integrated DSP processor controls the crossover, equalisation, protection circuits, limiter and phase correction. FiRPHASE technology helps to achieve a cleaner, more accurate sound without unwanted phase distortion. The Bass Motion Control function controls the woofer's excursion and supports a deeper bass response without losing stability. Linear, Boost and Stage modes are available on the rear panel, along with a volume control. This allows the speaker to be easily adapted to different types of events and spaces.

Construction and Connectivity

The cabinet is made of a polypropylene composite and uses internal M-Brace reinforcement for greater strength and lower resonance. A steel grille protects the drivers during transport and operation. The top handle makes it easy to carry between events. At the bottom, there is a 35mm socket for mounting on a stand or a subwoofer distance pole. XLR and 6.3mm jack inputs are available, as well as an XLR output for linking additional speakers.

It is a versatile solution if you are looking for power, reliability and professional sound.

info

System Type

An active speaker is one that has a built-in amplifier, and to listen, you just need to connect it to a sound source, either wired or wirelessly.
Passive speakers are more often referred to as speaker systems. They are intended more for high-quality, loud and dynamic listening in the comfort of your home and are not suitable for frequent transport. The main advantage of passive speakers is the ability to connect various sources through a separate amplifier.

Number of Channels

The number of channels in speaker systems and home cinemas indicates the number of independent audio signals (speakers) and subwoofers, most often in X.Y format (e.g., 2.0, 5.1). It denotes how many audio tracks are reproduced simultaneously, which determines the spatial experience and bass depth of the system, from basic stereo sound (2.0) to surround sound (5.1 and more).
