The Rieber gastronorm container is ideal for hygienic and standardised food storage, preservation, transport and serving. The GN container's function changes depending on the process step, thanks to its compatibility with the GN lid range. This includes highly functional accessories like the watertight press-in lid for completely safe storage and transport, the vaculid® lid for vacuum sealing, and the flat press-in lid for hygienic protection. Versions from 55mm deep have a high, well-formed offset stacking shoulder that allows for tight stacking and easy removal. It's suitable for universal use – preparation in waterstation® cubic sinks, space-saving refrigeration in the gastropolar® system fridge, temperature-controlled transport in the thermoport®, as well as presentation and serving in buffet solutions and mobile appliances.
