Dobrý den, máme HW Q600A. Chtěli bychom dokoupit bezdrátové zadní reproduktory. Dle popisů nám vychází kompatibilní SWA-9100S. Bohužel však nejsou nikde dostupné. Budou ještě někdy v prodeji? Nebo je i jiná možnost: SWA-9200S nejsou s naším modelem kompatibilní? Děkuji

Dobrý den, měl bych dva dotazy - za prvé jestli bude soundbar se všemi jeho funkcemi (zejména Q-Symphony a Dolby Atmos) kompatibilní s TV Samsung QE65QN85B a za druhé jsem se dočetl
že na Atmos je vyžadován kabel eARC a soundbar má pouze ARC, tak jak ho může podporovat? Nebo byla informace špatná?

Dobrý deň! Práve som si zakúpil uvedený soundbar k TV rovnakej značky Samsung QE43Q64T Séria Q64T (2020). Problém je, že pri inštalácii mi nejde prepojiť soundbar pomocou pribaleného HDMI kábla. Kábel je zasunutý v správnom porte, napriek tomu TV vypisuje hlášku, že je zariadenie vypnuté a mám skontrolovať kábel. Vyskúšal som aj druhý port a kombinácie rôznych HDMI portov na TV a soundbare no bez zmeny. Rovnako tak na inej staršej TV zn Samsung daný soundbar nie je možné pripojiť cez HDMI. Kábel a porty HDMI na TV sú v poriadku, nakoľko som pre test skúsil pripojiť staršie domáce kino. To mi pripojilo bez problémov aj s pribaleným káblom. Cez BT a tiež optický kábel som však soundbar k TV bez problémov pripojil. Z uvedeného mi vyplýva, že zrejme HDMI porty na soundbare sú nefunkčné. Vyskúšal som aj update firmwaru cez USB, no bez zmeny. Reset tiež nepomohol. Neviete nejako poradiť? Mrzí ma to HDMI, nakoľko z príručky vyplýva, že len cez HDMI je možné prehrávať zvuk v Dolby Atmos
