You can place the detector in the kitchen, bathroom or balcony of your home and detect water leaks. Place the detector directly on the surfaces to be monitored, e.g. under the washing machine, sink or toilet. The Siemens Connected Home Detector SCH040ZB is designed for maintenance-free operation, battery powered,It has an audible alarm, water leak signaling via in-app notification and communicates with the Connected Home Hub via Zigbee. The detector is designed for indoor use only. Installing the detector is easy, as is managing it in the mobile app.
