Simple grinding in three stages
To make sure your knives are sharpened perfectly, the sharpening process is carried out in three stages. The Siguro Sanjo sharpener has three chambers, each containing grinding stones made of a different material. Diamond discs are used to repair and straighten a damaged blade, tungsten steel discs ensure sharpening and ceramic discs polish the blade. In addition, the sharpener is designed to automatically maintain the optimum blade angle when sharpening.
