The base is a whey isolate from the milk of Dutch cows from a certified grass-fed farm, meaning cows that are predominantly on pastures grazing on fresh grass. Dosage
Mix 1 and 3/4 scoops (25g) in 400ml of water. For easier dissolution, first put the required amount into the container, and then add water and mix well. Depending on your daily protein intake, use 1–3 servings per day. The scoop is included in the packaging. The scoop is for guidance only; the recommended daily dose is given in grams.
