Preparation / dosage
Mix one scoop (25 g) in 75 ml of water. For a body weight of 50-70kg, use 3 measuring cups; for 70-90kg 4 measuring cups; if you weigh 90-105kg, use 5 measuring cups and for 105kg and more 6 measuring cups. Consume the drink 30-60 minutes before exercise or training.
