Wholemeal oat flakes 39%, chicory root fibre 19 %, wheat flakes 13%, rapeseed oil, dried apricots 5% (apricots 95%, rice flour), dried dates 4% (dates 99.5%, wheat-corn crisp (wheat flour, corn grits, corn semolina), roasted almonds 3%, pieces of dried apples 3%, grated coconut 1,7 %, wheat fog, natural aroma, antioxidants (ascorbyl palmitate, natural extract with high tocopherol content).
