Recommended dosage
For energizing training and intense performance and for an anti-catabolic effect during a weight loss program, take 1 scoop (50 ml) 20-30 minutes before training. For muscle mass growth take 1 scoop after training, advanced athletes and athletes over 80 kg body weight take 2-3 scoops. The product can be diluted into 100-200 ml of water.
