Fermented meat MMMASO is a excellent snack for athletes, for travel, hiking, work and school and wherever you need to replenish energy. For the production of 100 grams of dried meat, 185 grams of fresh beef were used, only selected meat from Czech farms is used. MMMASO is completely gluten-free.

This meaty, long-lasting and fermented snack is composed of beef, salt, sugar, dextrose and starter culture. The preservative is the commonly used sodium nitrite. In 100 g you will find 38 g of pure protein. This small snack will provide you with 1 356 kJ / 324 kcal. The bar is wrapped in a practical package and fits in every backpack.

And how is MMMASO produced?

MMMASO snack is fermented, which brings several benefits. Fermentation is not new and was developed hundreds of years ago as a way of preserving food and protecting it from spoilage. The benefits of fermented foods, which our ancestors already knew from the past, are now scientifically confirmed. Fermentation is a controlled process using a natural starter culture and is essentially a perfect interplay of temperature, humidity and time. This process takes time and therefore the production of each MMAASA takes many hours to allow the lactic acid bacteria to work in peace. The fermentation is also smothered in beechwood smoke. The advantage of fermentation is that MMMASO has a shelf life of up to 90 days when stored at 30 °C.
