Preparation
Mix 3g of powder (1/2 scoop) with 100–150ml of water or juice. Mix thoroughly or shake in a shaker. Consume approximately 30 minutes before physical activity.
Recommended dosage
Take 1 dose (3g) daily before training. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Storage
Keep out of the reach of children. Store in a dry place at a temperature up to 25°C, protect from direct sunlight and frost. Ensure the packaging is properly sealed.
