Overball Sharp Shape can be used in rhythmic gymnastics, when balancing, stretching, strengthening and balance exercises, like pilates, relaxation, water aerobics and various water games. It promotes coordination, concentration of movement and correct breathing. It is made of high quality PVC, which ensures its durability. The exercise engages the deep stabilizing muscular system, namely the pelvic floor, neck muscles, deep neck flexors and deep back muscles. It can thus eliminate muscle imbalances, helps to firm the body and improve its posture. It also improves the locomotor functions of the musculoskeletal system, allows isolating the exercised muscle areas and eliminates the involvement of auxiliary muscles. The Sharp Shape Overball has a diameter of 25 cm. It features an Anti-Burst safety system that slowly releases air in the event of ball overpressure.
