The comfort temperature of sleeping bags is a key indicator that provides information on the temperature range in which the user should be able to sleep comfortably without feeling cold.
The temperature limit defines the temperature threshold at which the user should be able to endure the night without feeling cold, even with a minimum amount of clothing.
The extreme temperature indicates the lowest temperature point at which the sleeping bag should protect the user from hypothermia (a condition where a person's body temperature falls below the normal limit) for the limit period of use.
