Ghee Vilgain Organic Grass-fed can be used for frying, baking and cooking. It is made from grass-fed milk from Austrian grass-fed cows. It is 3 times transfatted and has a minimal milk protein and lactose content.

Ghí Vilgain Organic Grass-fed offers a pleasant nutty aroma and creaminess. Softens sauces, soups, rice, couscous, can be used in hot and cold cooking and baking. Thanks to its high smoke point of 250 °C, it does not burn and does not produce harmful substances. The ghee Vilgain Organic Grass-fed also contains vitamin A, D and E.

What makes Vilgain Organic Grass-fed Ghee stand out?
- From organic milk: The ghee is made from the milk of cows that are fed grass from Austrian pastures where quality organic hay is grown. In winter, the cows are fed special hay with nutritionally rich grain. The cows are kept by farmers who hold a TSG certificate for traditional cow breeding and feeding.
- Manufacturing processes: The production of ghee begins with the evaporation of water from the milk, during which the solid particles sink to the bottom. This is followed by triple purging until the lactose and milk proteins are completely removed. Finally, the final foam extraction and filtration takes place with a resulting purity of 95 - 98%.
- High smoke point: The ghee offers a high smoke point of 250 °C, so it does not burn and can be used for cooking, baking and even frying.
