Registered Medicinal Product Stopangin Oral Spray
30 ml
A drug with a mild local anaesthetic effect, it is used to disinfect the oral cavity and pharynx in inflammatory and infectious diseases, also after consultation with a doctor as a supportive drug in streptococcal tonsillitis during antibiotic treatment.
Stopangin Oral Spray is indicated for the treatment of:
for disinfection of the oral cavity and pharynx
- sore throat
- disinfection of the oral cavity
Dosage and method of use
Usually the preparation is applied 2-3 times a day. The end of the applicator is inserted into the mouth after attaching it to the vial and, with the mouth closed and breath held, the applicator is pressed 2 times so that one injection is directed to the left and the other to the right. The preparation is not inhaled or swallowed. The preparation is used after or between meals.
Contraindications
Not intended for children under 8 years of age. Do not use Stopangin - if you are allergic to the medicine or to any of its other ingredients - for laryngitis (an acute condition manifested by hoarseness to loss of voice, burning in the throat and a dry, irritating, painful cough). If you are not sure if this applies to you, consult your doctor before starting Stopangin. - dry pharyngitis (chronic inflammation manifested by a tingling or itching sensation in the throat, phlegm, coughing, a feeling of foreign body or pressure in the throat and difficulty swallowing). Read the package insert carefully.
Storage
Always keep the product out of sight and reach of children. Store at temperatures up to 25 °C. Keep the inner packaging in the box to protect the product from light. Do not take this product after the expiry date stated on the ablister box after EXP. The expiry date shall be the last day of the month indicated. Do not dispose of any medicines in wastewater or household waste. Ask your pharmacist how to dispose of products you no longer use. These measures help protect the environment.
