Dobrý den, obracím se na Vás ohledně produktu SwitchBot Lock Ultra Black (kód D13051731), u kterého jsem zaznamenal rozpor mezi oficiální dokumentací výrobce a informacemi, které mi byly sděleny Vaší podporou. V popisu produktu i v odpovědi Vašeho kolegy je uvedeno, že tento model nabízí možnost odemykání pomocí integrované čtečky otisku prstu na vnější straně dveří. Podle dostupných oficiálních materiálů výrobce SwitchBot je však samotný Lock Ultra pouze vnitřní motorický modul, který žádnou čtečku otisku prstu neobsahuje. Biometrické odemykání je dle výrobce možné pouze prostřednictvím samostatného příslušenství (SwitchBot Keypad Touch / Vision), které není součástí tohoto balení. Rád bych Vás proto požádal o: jasné potvrzení, zda je součástí balení tohoto konkrétního produktu fyzický venkovní modul s čtečkou otisku prstu, případné vysvětlení, proč je u produktu uváděna funkce, která dle výrobce není integrována v samotném zařízení, opravu popisu produktu, pokud je informace sk
