dobrý den, nikdo níže neodpověděl na opakovaný dotaz (nerozumím tomu na co ty generické (spíš generované) odpovědi jsou (možná splnění support response time?). Která ze dvou barev na obrázku je reálně prodávaná, včera jsem kvůli tomu volal na hotline, a specialista mi řekl, že to Alza může posílat zákazníkům možná i náhodně... tj. jednomu zákazníkovi to pošle v černém a druhému...no třeba v oranžovém :D Byť mne to neuvěřitelně pobavilo, domluvili jsme se, že mi zašle email s výsledkem se zjištěním z obchodního oddělení...bohužel stále nic nedorazilo... ...škoda, že u tohoto produktu komunitní poradenství moc nefunguje...
