Plan Toys Shape sorter with rollers and coins
Plan Toys Shape sorter with rollers and coins
The Plan Toys shape sorter is an educational toy that helps children from 1 year of age develop basic skills. By inserting the cylinders and coins into the correct holes, they practise precision and wrist control. The toy therefore promotes improved hand-eye coordination and teaches shape recognition. It is made from rubberwood using non-toxic paints and glue. It helps children learn to solve simple problems and introduces them to object permanence.

The posting box helps children understand basic principles in a playful way. By grasping and inserting the pieces into the corresponding holes, they improve not only their precision but also their wrist control. An important element is the introduction to the concept of object permanence – the child learns that things still exist even when they cannot see them. The opening lid allows for easy removal of the blocks and encourages independent play. The toy is made from rubberwood and coloured with water-based pigments and dyes.
