Ubiquiti UniFi Cloud Key+ is used for local and cloud management of UniFi devices. It already has UniFi apps pre-installed, specifically UniFi Network, UniFi Protect, UniFi Access, UniFi Connect and UniFi Talk. It uses mobile apps for management and configuration and communicates via Bluetooth. The device is equipped with a 1 TB SSD for storing camera footage. The drive can also be replaced with a larger one, up to a capacity of 5 TB. However, the selected SSD must work with a 5V power supply. Drives that operate at higher voltages or require additional power are not supported. For its operation, the Ubiquiti UniFi Cloud Key+ also uses a Micro SD card with a capacity of 32 GB. It is a stand-alone desktop that is not equipped with any fans.

The device can be powered in multiple ways, using passive/active PoE or with the modern USB-C connector and Quick Charge 2.0/3.0 power adapter. However, the adapter is not included. The Ubiquiti UniFi Cloud Key+ has two USB-C connectors. You can use the other one as you need it. The device also includes an integrated battery to provide short-term support in the event of a power loss. With the Ubiquiti UniFi Cloud Key+, applications and processes will be safely shut down and there will be no disruption or data loss.
