The Verk mechanical meat thermometer is used to check the temperature of meat when grilling, smoking and roasting. Its stainless steel probe measures temperatures ranging from 0 to 120°C. The dial displays the measured value. The thermometer contains no mercury, which contributes to its safe use in the kitchen. The package also includes a plastic cover to protect the probe when the thermometer is not in use.
