Vilgain Zinc
Vilgain Zinc is a bisglycinate form of zinc with high bioavailability. It contains 100% chelated zinc bisglycinate with no additives and provides 10 mg of elemental zinc per vegan capsule, equivalent to 100% of the daily recommended dose. Zinc contributes to normal immune system function, macronutrient metabolism, fertility, reproductive function and maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood. The chelate binding of zinc to two glycine molecules ensures high absorption and protection from interactions with food components. The product comes from the German MagChel® production with more than 30 years of experience in mineral processing and guarantees maximum purity and efficiency.

Recommended dosage
Take 1-2 capsules daily, preferably before sleep. Take zinc regularly every day, preferably with meals. It is not recommended to take it on an empty stomach, as taking zinc on an empty stomach can lead to nausea. When taking zinc and other dietary supplements at the same time, ensure that your total daily zinc intake does not exceed 25 mg per day.
