Contains 100% pure magnesium bisglycinate without any other magnesium compounds or forms. Compared to the basic version, it is now 40% more effective – it contains 200mg of elemental magnesium in 2 capsules. Bisglycinate is an organic form of magnesium where the magnesium is bound by a chelate bond to the amino acid glycine.

Magnesium bisglycinate is absorbed differently than other forms of magnesium. Thanks to glycine, it is recognised as an amino acid in the digestive system and can therefore be absorbed at a different stage of digestion. As a result, it does not compete as much with other minerals for absorption in the digestive tract, increasing its bioavailability.
Magnesium supports more than 300 biochemical processes in the body and is known as the "spark of life". Organic magnesium bisglycinate is very effective, for example, during sports or high levels of exertion. The glycine present enhances concentration and helps to promote calmness (or sleep). However, it does not have sedative effects, so it can be used very effectively for sports, work, and studying.

Recommended dosage
Adults and children over 12 years:
2 capsules daily with food.
Children 4–12 years:
1 capsule daily with food.
Warning
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. At a dosage of 2 capsules per day, the product contains 30 daily doses.
