This plug-and-play USB card reader for identifying membership cards and credit vouchers can read all the most common magnetic card standards, such as ISO 7811, 12, and 13. The reader itself is very small, measuring just 90 × 27 × 27mm, making it both compact and attractive. The reader head has a lifespan of approximately 800,000 card swipes, and each successful read is indicated by a beep. The reader uses a USB interface and reads all 3 tracks of the magnetic stripe. The reader can be configured for a Czech Windows environment, and it is also possible to set up pre-processing of the read data before it is sent to the host system.
