Recommended dosage
The recommended daily dose contains 4 capsules. Take two capsules in the morning and two in the afternoon or evening. Wash down with plenty of water. About your Menopause contains fat-soluble vitamins and without the presence of fats, these vitamins are not absorbed by the body. The product is suitable for long-term use in accordance with the recommended dosage. The duration of use is individual and may vary according to personal preference and lifestyle. We recommend a minimum of 3 months.
