A key advantage is the pair of washable aluminium grease filters, which you simply rinse with water and can be used again. Two energy-saving LED bulbs take care of illuminating the work surface. If you don't have the option of venting to a chimney, there is a recirculation function where the intake air is neutralised through a carbon filter and returned clean to the room.
