Precise health tracking with the TempTech24/7 module
The ScanWatch 2 hybrid smartwatch is equipped with an enhanced multi-wavelength PPG sensor. This provides you with more accurate health data and also measures your body temperature, which changes throughout the day and can indicate the onset of illness or other health conditions. The Withings ScanWatch 2 smartwatch measures heart rate and blood oxygen more accurately, which are key factors in assessing exertion.
Track daily activity and meet your goals
Improve your cardiovascular fitness with specialised training metrics that measure your fitness score and VO2 max. Of course, there are also apps for tracking steps and calories burned. For accurate route and distance tracking, the Withings ScanWatch 2 smartwatch uses your phone's GPS and an integrated altimeter. Active sports enthusiasts will appreciate the wide range of preset modes for more than 30 physical activities, with the ability to track measured values directly on your wrist. The Withings Scanwatch 2 hybrid watch has a water-resistant design, making it a great companion for your underwater adventures up to a depth of 50 metres. The Withings Scanwatch 2 watch also includes a swim recap mode in the app. This shows you the duration and number of calories burned.
The ScanWatch 2 watch tracks your temperature
By monitoring changes in your body temperature, you'll know which temperature zone you're entering and how long it will take to recover from a workout, for example. The Withings ScanWatch 2 smartwatch can also determine which of the three training phases you are in: Warm-up zone - a lower temperature zone that prepares your body for exertion. It's recommended to stay in the warm-up for a few minutes to warm up your muscles. Performance zone - the ideal zone where you should spend most of your workout. Here, your body has the perfect conditions for peak muscle performance. Overheating zone - exercising in this zone can have negative consequences for your body, so you should stop training immediately if you enter it. The Withings ScanWatch 2 smartwatch can better evaluate the quality of your sleep using artificial intelligence. It can determine sleep cycles, sleep duration, interruptions, and the time it takes to fall asleep and wake up. After pairing with your mobile phone, all measured data is saved to the Withings app, where you can view and analyse your sleep trends.
Health data at your fingertips
The Withings ScanWatch 2 smartwatch can identify breathing disturbances and analyse continuous blood oxygen levels (SpO2), heart rate, movement, and respiratory rate. Since the ScanWatch 2 watch knows when you are in a light or deep sleep phase, it can choose the most suitable time to wake you up according to your set schedule. The Withings ScanWatch 2 smartwatch is compatible with Android and iOS devices, so you can download the Withings mobile app to them. There, you'll have all the data measured by the smartwatch stored together and clearly arranged.
