The Withings smart watch automatically detects activity, which is then recorded in the Withing app for you to analyse fully. For more accurate tracking of sports performance and routes, the watch uses the Connected GPS feature—it will use the GPS from your mobile phone. The watch offers more than 40 sports modes, showing the duration and continuously recording your heart rate and movement.

The Withings Scanwatch Nova smart watch tracks a wide range of health indicators 24/7. For example, it records your body temperature; fluctuations could be a sign of an approaching illness, so you can react better. In addition, the watch monitors your heart rate, blood oxygen saturation and, on demand, will evaluate an ECG. The Withings Scanwatch Nova can detect atrial fibrillation, or AFib. You can then view all the data with full details in the Withings app. You can activate the Respiratory Scan feature directly on the watch, which helps to identify breathing disturbances. The Withings Scanwatch Nova performs an analysis of blood oxygen (SpO2), heart rate and respiratory rate. Using advanced algorithms and continuous data evaluation, the watch knows the best time for you to wake up based on your schedule.
