The Control version brings easy operation via a clear touchscreen. Set the exact temperature or use one of the 6 preset programs for different pizza styles. They will recommend the ideal settings and make it easy to prepare even without previous experience. The Witt eGnite Control also features a manual mode for experimentation. Inside the oven you will find a 33 cm diameter cordierite pizza stone, which is ideal for classic pizza sizes and ensures even cooking.
