
The Yuwell YHW-5 non-contact thermometer with infrared sensor is used for fast and reliable measurement of body temperature, ambient temperature and object temperature. Body temperature is measured on the forehead and the Yuwell thermometer reads the temperature at a distance of 3 cm. Therefore, no contact with the patient being measured is required and the patient does not need to be disturbed. The non-contact thermometer works very quickly, measuring the temperature within one second, and is also equipped with a memory that records up to 20 measurements. The thermometer warns of elevated temperatures and sounds an audible alarm if the temperature exceeds 37.6 °C. The Yuwell YHW-5 thermometer measures temperatures from 22 to 43 °C, automatically shuts off after 2 minutes of inactivity and can be switched between °C and °F. Power is provided by 2 AAA batteries included in the package.

The Yuwell thermometer is easy to operate with the center button, and the side button is used to switch the measurement mode. You can monitor the measured temperature on the backlit LCD display, which shows not only the temperature but also the measurement mode, unit and battery level. The non-contact thermometer operates with an accuracy of ± 0.2 °C when measuring between 35 and 42 °C, otherwise with an accuracy of ± 0.3 °C.
