PLS LED wide-view technology
PLS displays use advanced technology that delivers particularly wide viewing angles of 178/178 degrees. Unlike standard TN panels, PLS displays provide a remarkably sharp image with vibrant colours, making them ideal not only for photography, movies and internet browsing but also for professional applications.
Wide colour gamut
Colour gamut describes the range of colours the monitor can display. This Philips monitor displays 82% of the NTSC colour gamut and 99% of the sRGB colour gamut.

SmartContrast for rich black level details
SmartContrast is a Philips technology that analyses the displayed content, automatically adjusts colours, and controls backlight intensity to dynamically increase contrast for the best digital photos and video or gaming when dark hues are displayed. If you select the Economy Mode, the contrast will be set and the backlight will be fine-tuned to accurately display everyday office applications and to reduce power consumption.

Less eye fatigue with Flicker-Free technology
