The Alfa Plam Regular cooker is tested in Czech and German testing institutes (SZÚ Brno, RRF Oberhausen). The primary and secondary combustion control is located on the door of the ashtray and firebox. A drawer is located at the bottom for an ample supply of fuel. The casing is made of high quality enamelled sheet metal with resistance up to 800 °C.
