5 ml of syrup contains ambroxoli hydrochloridum 15 mg, syrup 100 ml
Ambrobene syrup is used in acute and chronic respiratory diseases associated with difficult expectoration, infectious diseases of the respiratory tract, acute and chronic inflammation of the sinuses. Without consulting a doctor, the product may be used in acute respiratory diseases such as acute bronchitis, laryngitis or tracheitis.
Ambrobene is indicated for children at:
in acute respiratory diseases
- United with difficulty coughing
- Bronchitis
- Laryngitis
- Inflammation of the trachea
Dosage and method of use
Children 1 month - 2 years take 2.5 ml of syrup 2 times a day. Children 2 - 5 years old take 2.5 ml of syrup 3 times a day. Children 5 - 12 years old take 5 ml of syrup 2-3 times a day. Adolescents over 12 years and adults take 10 ml of syrup 3 times a day for the first 2-3 days, then 10 ml 2 times a day or 5 ml 3 times a day. The syrup is taken with or after meals and washed down with plenty of liquid. To measure out a single dose, use only the calibrated measuring cup included in the package. Consult a physician before using the product in infants and young children.
Contraindications
Not intended for children under 1 month. The use of Ambrobene in pregnancy and during breastfeeding will be decided by your doctor. Read the package insert carefully.
Storage
Always keep the product out of sight and reach of children. This medicine does not require any special storage conditions. Do not use after the expiry date stated on the ablister box after EXP. The expiry date shall be the last day of the month indicated. The medicine is to be used within 2 weeks after the vial is first opened. Do not dispose of any medicines in wastewater or household waste. Ask your pharmacist how to dispose of products you no longer use. These measures help protect the environment.
