Dobrý den, tuto lednici jsem zakoupila loni v září, tzn. že je stará asi půl roku. Od začátku mám problém s námrazou uvnitř lednice v horní části. Zkoušela jsem více dotáhnout ode zdi, vyklidit horní polici, atd. Námraza zůstává i několik cm. Je lednice vadná nebo čím je to způsobeno? Jak postupovat při reklamaci? Děkuji za odpověď
