Amix Tryptophan is a dietary supplement that contains the essential amino acid L-Tryptophan in capsule form. L-tryptophan is a substance that the human body normally obtains from the diet. Subsequently, it produces a number of other substances, most of which serve the nervous and neurohormonal system. Among these substances, serotonin (5-hydroxytryptamine), which is a carrier of nerve signals (influences mood), occupies a position. L-tryptophan is a naturally occurring component in the human body.

Recommended dosage
