ADEK vitamins are essential support for the body. Each capsule provides a dose of 4 essential vitaminsfat-soluble. Vitamins work best when they enter the body together in a single dose, and each is also in a capsule in its most active form. Vitamins A (1333 IU per capsule) and D3 (2000 IU per capsule) support immunity and together with vitamin K2 provide support for skin, eyesight, bones and teeth. Vitamin E protects cells from oxidative stress.

Vitamins are essential for our bodies in very small amounts, but they have specific functions that no other substance can replace. They support normal growth, development and regulation of thousands of different processes in the body. There are two types of vitamins -⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠ fat-soluble and water-soluble. Fat-soluble vitamins include A, D, E and K. Their ability to dissolve in fat means that they are transported with the fat and stored in the liver and adipose tissue. Because of this, they can accumulate in excessive intake and in turn harm the body, which often happens when taking individual supplements separately. Vitamins and minerals do not work alone - they are interconnected and together they create a synergistic effect. Complement each other, support their functionsand work best when eaten together, as in real, quality foods. Equally important is the correct timing of intake, for example in combination with sunlight. Active ingredients

Vitamin A plays a key role in maintaining eyesight. Without it, we would go blind and a lack of it in children can even stop their growth completely. Moreover, it is not a single vitamin, but a whole group of substances. Among the most common are retinol and its esters, and is important for eyesight [1], immunity [2, 3], growth of body and hair [4, 5] or fertility [6].
Retinyl acetate contained in the capsule belongs to the natural forms of vitamin A and each capsule contains 1333 IU, which is the optimal dose. It is not recommended to take more than 5000 IU of vitamin A per day for a long time to avoid negative effects.
Vitamin D3 is ideally sourced from the sun. Most scientists and studies agree that exposing at least 30% of our body surface area to the sun around noon for 10-30 minutes several times a week during the summer will help us maintain optimal blood levels. [7] It is crucial for optimal teeth and bone health, muscle function and immune system regulation. Each capsule contains a moderate dose of 2000 IU per day - a dose sufficient for many people. It ensures that there is sufficient calcium in the blood.
Vitamin E is an important antioxidant that protects cells in the body from premature aging and damage from free radicals. It is a whole family of 8 different antioxidants, the most common form of which is alpha tocopherol, which makes up about 90% of vitamin E in the blood. [8] It is this form that you will find in each capsule at the optimal dose. In high doses, vitamin E can reduce blood density and thus reduce the possibility of blood clots. [9] You can boost its antioxidant properties by adding astaxanthin, vitamin C, vitamin B3 or selenium, for example.
Vitamin K2 plays an important role in blood clotting. Without this essential vitamin, the risk of excessive bleeding during injury increases. In addition, it has a significant effect on the bones. It helps the body direct calcium to the bones instead of the soft tissues. [10] The most active form of vitamin K2 for the body is menaquinone 7 (MK-7). This is what you will find in each capsule in a medium dose.
