Aroha Vitamin D3 + K2 combines the power of two key vitamins that work together to support bone, muscle and immune health. Vitamin D3, known as the sunshine vitamin, influences hundreds of bodily processes, and when supplementing, it's important to also take vitamin K2, which helps to properly channel calcium into the bones and teeth. It is ideal for promoting health all year round, especially in the winter months when sunlight is scarce.
Vitamin D3 is a sunshine vitamin
Our body produces it on its own thanks to specialised cells in the skin in contact with UVB radiation. This process works well during the summer if we regularly expose ourselves to sunlight. During the winter months, however, you need to get vitamin D3 in a different way - from food and supplements. Each capsule contains a high dose of 4000 IU of vitamin D3.By comparison, a fair-skinned person exposed to direct sunlight around midday during the summer will produce approximately 10,000-20,000 IU (international units) in 30 minutes [1]. However, when supplementing vitamin D3, it is important to supplement vitamin K2 at the same time to ensure proper calcium movement in the body. Thanks to the effective combination of vitamins, you will ensure the proper movement of calcium into the bones and teeth. You will support the proper functioning of processes and gene expression in the body.

Recommended dosage
