The Guji area is famous for its coffee. This is due not only to the high altitude plantations, but also to the nutrient-rich volcanic soil. Local farmers usually harvest coffee from October to February. They inspect each coffee cherry and wait until it is actually fully ripe. Harvesting is therefore carried out manually and in several stages. On the palate you will discover a perfect combination of sweet notes with the freshness of blackberries and citrus. All this is complemented by a subtle bitterness. The body of the coffee is creamy and perfectly balanced.
