Support for AMD AM5 and advanced processors
The board is designed for the AMD AM5 socket and fully harnesses the potential of current-generation AMD Ryzen processors. Its robust power delivery, featuring a digital 8+2+1 phase design with discrete MOSFETs, ensures a stable power supply even for processors with a high core count. AMD Precision Boost Overdrive (PBO) technology enables aggressive parameter tuning to increase performance while maintaining system stability.
High-speed memory and storage
Four DIMM slots support dual-channel DDR5 memory with AEMP technology for easy overclocking. There are three M.2 slots available – the first supports PCIe 5.0 x4 for the fastest SSDs, the second has PCIe 4.0 x4, and the third with PCIe 4.0 x2 supports formats up to 22110. A flexible M.2 heatsink can be placed on either the M.2_1 or M.2_2 slot and prevents throttling during intensive data transfers. These are complemented by four SATA III ports for traditional storage devices.
Expansion slots and graphics support
The board features one PCIe 5.0 x16 slot with SafeSlot technology for graphics cards, operating in x16 mode. Another PCIe 4.0 x16 slot runs in x4 mode, and two PCIe 3.0 x16 slots provide connectivity in x1 mode for expansion cards. This configuration allows for flexible system builds tailored to individual needs.
Port selection and connectivity
The rear panel offers one USB 10Gbps Type-C port and three USB 10Gbps Type-A ports for high-speed data transfers. Additionally, there are two USB 5Gbps Type-A ports and two USB 2.0 Type-A ports. Network connectivity is handled by Realtek 2.5Gb Ethernet and Wi-Fi 6E for modern wireless connectivity. DisplayPort 1.4 and HDMI 2.1 graphics outputs allow you to connect modern monitors. Audio output is provided by an eight-channel sound card with three audio jacks. The BIOS FlashBack button lets you update the firmware without a processor installed.
