Magnesium with high bioavailability
Magnesium malate combines magnesium with malic acid (malate)which occurs naturally in many fruits. This complex is a very popular form of magnesium, which is characterized by high bioavailability.
ATP Nutrition Magnesium Malate contributes
- To reduce muscle cramps and improve muscle recovery after physical activity
- For the normal functioning of the nervous system and psychological functions
- To regulate moods and emotions
- Unlike some other forms of magnesium (e.g. citrate or oxide) magnesium malate usually does not cause laxative effects even at higher doses
- Some studies suggest that it may promote the elimination of toxic aluminum from the body
Active ingredients
- Magnesium (Mg): An essential mineral necessary for more than 300 enzymatic reactions in the body, including ATP synthesis, muscle and nerve function, and maintenance of bone health.
- Malic acid (malate): An organic acid involved in the Krebs cycle, a key process for energy production in cells. The combination of these two substances provides a synergistic effect that supports energy metabolism and improves magnesium absorption.

Recommended dosage
Divide 4 capsules into two doses in the morning and before training or exercise or you can take the entire dose with water in the morning on an empty stomach or before exercise.
