Auraton Carina WiFi, thermostat for socket
The Auraton Carina WiFi plug-in thermostat regulates the indoor temperature by switching connected electric heating or air conditioning devices. An integrated temperature sensor monitors the current room temperature in real time and relays the data to the internal control unit. Users can manage heating or cooling locally and remotely using an Android or iOS mobile phone. Its 140×67×40mm design has an IP20 rating and is intended for dry indoor spaces. Installation requires no structural modifications or complex wiring. Simply plug the device into a standard mains socket and connect the appliance you want to control. The system operates in non-condensing air humidity of up to 85%.

Compatible with the Tuya platform
Tuya Smart is a universal smart home application that brings together devices from many manufacturers into one clear ecosystem. It provides convenient control, automation, and integration with popular voice assistants across Android and iOS platforms. It is the ideal choice for both beginners and advanced users who want full control over their smart home.
Remote management
The device features an integrated wireless module that operates on the 2.4GHz frequency. This allows it to connect to your home network and communicate with the Tuya Smart and Smart Life mobile apps. Within the app's interface, you can set weekly operating schedules and monitor electricity consumption. Any changes to the settings take effect immediately, with no need to be physically present at the device.
Control options
The device operates in a temperature range from 5°C to 35°C, providing highly accurate regulation. It offers three operating modes: automatic, manual, and holiday mode. This lets users adapt the heating system's behaviour to their household's current needs. The anti-frost protection prevents pipe damage during the cold months.
Settings
The front of the device features a backlit digital display that shows the current status and measured values. The operating status is indicated directly on this screen, making it easy to monitor. A built-in child lock prevents unauthorised persons from accidentally changing the parameters.
Electrical parameters
The thermostat is powered directly from the mains at 230V AC and a frequency of 50Hz. The device's relay can handle a resistive load of up to 16A and an inductive load of up to 6A. This load capacity allows you to connect common domestic heaters and other heating or air-conditioning appliances. The device's own power consumption is 1.5W. It operates in a temperature range from 0°C to 50°C in normal indoor spaces.
