The EXIDE Premium 45Ah, 12V, EA456 car battery with Carbon Boost 2.0 charges up to 2× faster than other conventional batteries, thanks to Exide's special application of carbon additives on the negative plates. It withstands extreme temperatures and handles intensive city driving. The improved carbon additives combine an optimised surface structure with significantly better conductivity, which allows for better current flow in the battery and leads to an excellent charge acceptance capability. It also helps to dissolve the lead sulphate deposits that typically form on the negative plate when the battery discharges, reducing its ability to recharge effectively. The EXIDE Premium 45Ah, 12V, EA456 car battery is suitable for powerful diesel and petrol engines, vehicles with extensive electrical equipment and accessories (factory-fitted or aftermarket), operation in extreme heat or cold, and daily or intensive city driving.
