It withstands extreme temperatures and handles intensive city driving. The improved carbon additives combine an optimised surface structure with significantly better conductivity, which allows for better current flow within the battery and leads to excellent charge acceptance. It also helps to dissolve the lead sulphate deposits that typically form on the negative plate when the battery discharges, which would otherwise reduce its ability to recharge effectively. The EXIDE Premium 95Ah, 12V, EA955 car battery is suitable for high-performance diesel and petrol engines, vehicles with extra electrical equipment and accessories (either original factory-fitted or aftermarket), operation in extreme heat or cold, and daily or intensive city driving.
